Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how Japan Legacy Parts handles personal information relating to digital product sales, support, and electronically delivered work.
1. Information collected
We may receive contact details, order and transaction identifiers, messages, product selections, files or instructions voluntarily supplied by the buyer, and limited technical or security logs.
2. Purposes
Information is used to process orders, deliver products, answer support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain accounting records, comply with law, and improve products and operations.
3. Service providers
Payment, tax, hosting, email, analytics, and delivery may be processed by providers such as Gumroad and its payment processors, Cloudflare, PayPal, or other providers identified at checkout. Their own privacy policies also apply.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed for the purposes above, or with authorities where legally required.
5. Retention
Support and fulfilment data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary. Transaction, tax, and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law and platform obligations.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to restrict access and reduce loss, misuse, or unauthorised disclosure. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Buyer rights
Subject to applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information we control. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
8. Sensitive information
