Terms of Service

These Terms apply to digital products and electronically delivered services sold by Japan Legacy Parts (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using a product, the buyer agrees to these Terms and the terms of the selling platform used for payment and delivery.

1. Products and scope

Product pages describe the included files, scope, format, delivery timing, price, and any buyer inputs required. Items outside that description require a separate order.

2. Payment and delivery

Payment is processed by the selling platform. Ready-made products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Scoped products are delivered electronically by the stated deadline, subject to the buyer supplying required information and having the right to provide it.

3. Buyer responsibilities

The buyer must provide accurate, lawful, non-infringing inputs and must not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or third-party personal data unless expressly requested and legally permitted.

4. Licence and intellectual property

Unless a product page states otherwise, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered product for personal or internal business purposes. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, removal of attribution where required, or use to train a competing product is prohibited. Pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and source materials remain ours or their respective owners’ property.

5. Accuracy and prohibited reliance

Research products use available information and may contain limitations. They are not legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or regulated professional advice. The buyer remains responsible for final decisions, validation, and lawful use.

6. Revisions and support

Included revisions, if any, are stated on the product page. Requests that change the original scope may require a new purchase.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the selling platform’s applicable rules.

8. Suspension and termination

Access or fulfilment may be refused or terminated for unlawful use, abuse, payment fraud, infringement, harassment, or violation of these Terms or platform rules.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-interruption losses.

10. Governing law and contact
